NATS, Air Traffic Control Centre, Prestwick

The caterers and NATS staff were looking for a refurbishment on their existing servery but as the design progressed, it was agreed that what they actually needed were completely new restaurant facilities. A contemporary curved design was developed throughout with smart new equipment, along with a new layout, helping to alleviate queue management issues.
